All API requests should be made to this base URL. You'll receive two types of API keys:
Bearer Tokens (for API authentication):
tk_test_*- For testing and developmenttk_live_*- For production use
Widget Keys (for embedding chat widget):
wk_test_*- For testing and developmentwk_live_*- For production use
Most API endpoints require a bearer token in the Authorization header. Widget keys are only used when embedding the chat widget on your website.
